[pianotech] cross continental mover recommendations?

Walter has nice equipment but if you are off their route they may take  
some time getting to you.  They will pick up from business's and drop- 
off as well.  They don't do in-home delivery.  Should be able to  
contract a local moving company to receive the piano and put it into  
the house.
