Hi, Rob:
	I KNEW IT!  I've not seen him for a long time.  Say hi if you see him next
time.  He said he got this thing in a pawn shop for about $100.  I had to
replace strings a bunch of times- he plays it hard.  He's a good guy. 
Funny he ended up in your neck of the woods.  He likes the vintage stuff a
lot, so it doesn't surprise me about the synths.
