Hey, Terry, nice going. I started training in Aikido at 47 (am now 63) and
am still doing full breakfalls and training on the mat. The arthritis and
sciatic pain that I had at 47 is long disappeared. And this is one of the
acceptable addictions! One of our graduates, a friend of mine who is 42, is,
as I write this completing her first ironman (ironperson?) in Wisconsin,
for a total of 15+ hours on the course.

Fall 7 seven times. Get up 8 times!

Paul

Thanks Robert, always glad to hear from other middle-aged "kids"! They
used to say "life begins at 40", but lately I've been hearing that 50 is the
new 40, so if life really begins at 50, we really have only just begun!
