Hey, Terry, nice going. I started training in Aikido at 47 (am now 63) and am still doing full breakfalls and training on the mat. The arthritis and sciatic pain that I had at 47 is long disappeared. And this is one of the acceptable addictions! One of our graduates, a friend of mine who is 42, is, as I write this completing her first ironman (ironperson?) in Wisconsin, for a total of 15+ hours on the course. Fall 7 seven times. Get up 8 times! Paul In a message dated 9/12/2010 7:55:54 P.M. Central Daylight Time, pianolover88 at hotmail.com writes: Thanks Robert, always glad to hear from other middle-aged "kids"!
