Thanks Robert, always glad to hear from other middle-aged "kids"! They used to say "life begins at 40", but lately I've been hearing that 50 is the new 40, so if life really begins at 50, we really have only just begun!

Hey Unigeezer, I am 53 and training for my 4th marathon after 50. Was going to do just one at 50 but got hooked on the training part of the marathon. I love the great feeling of vitality I get when I am in good enough shape to run 40 miles a week on a regular basis. Sometimes it is hard to find a block of time long enough for the real long distances, but the time to myself is worth it. Good way to re-charge my mental batteries too after some intense tuning weeks.
You are really awesome with a unicylcle, I have a hard time staying balanced on a two wheeler on flat streets, you must have great balance, All that tuning with equal temperment I guess. Robin Olson
