[pianotech] Estonia 190 Specs--anyone?

I am looking for two specs, either a specific value or range of distance for an 
Estonia 190's:

1) key height

2) wippen flange to hammershank flange distance

For the other specs, if other than the standard 1 3/4 - 1 7/8" blow, 1/32" 
let-off, 1/16" drop, 10-11mm dip, 5/8" backcheck; what the factory says or what 
you have found out will be helpful.
