You should be able to remove the cheek blocks, so you can pry it up with a screw driver from the inside.

s there a safe way to remove a frozen front key without damaging anythin?. This 
sually happens on yamaha C grands. I would pry slowly and do a rocking motion 
ntil it lifts off but it is very tiring and dangerous.
