[pianotech] Plate Removal with an engine hoist?

I used to use something just like Mikes until a few years ago.  Works just
fine, not that hard to make.

Boaz,

I built this for a little over $100, including the chain fall.  Lifts 
straight, lowers slowly.   It does require smooth and  level floors.
