Jon, I hope it helps you! One thing I think about the taping is that I'm going to a specialist until I know how to tape for my own particular needs. Miki, the massage therapist, taped my arm in a way I never would have thought of. And she only did so after examining me, massaging my arm and asking about where it hurt. I looked at many of the YouTube videos--Thanks Mike!--and noticed that several of them gave different procedures for the same complaint.
