Firstly, the exchange rate makes that about $200; secondly, it can vary wildly by region etc. A house that sells for $50k in one part of the country may sell for $500k in another. Here in the Pacific Northwest many are between $75 and $100 per hour; some more, some less. By the time I charge for a tune and a pitch raise, it's in the neighborhood.
