A local hotel here in Sacramento has an older Young Chang G-150 grand (serial number in the 110,000 range), and they recently tried to use it as a hockey puck, (tried to move it) with bad results. The tail leg is destroyed beyond redemption. Luckily, the mounting plate and the rest of the piano didn't fare too badly.

If anyone has access to one of these legs, they'd be grateful. The piano is a very dark mahogany polish, but they'd be happy with even an ebony polish finish leg, as the piano sits in a dark corner, and the back leg isn't that noticeable. A leg from the Young Chang-era Knabe or Schafer & Sons grands should also work.

If anyone has one available, please respond privately.

Thanks,

Dan Dannenfelser, RPT
