Hi John,
Being "altitude evident" helps (I'm 6'3" {190cm, or at least 
used to be}). Otherwise, it's a matter of putting up with the 
pain in the back. I just always figured I could recover from 
the muscle cramps easier than trying to figure out why the 
player screwed up after pulling it.
