[pianotech] Help urgent 2

Just looking at your pic...

 

Did you take the cheek blocks out?  I've seen pianos that the keyslip was attached pretty solidly to the cheek blocks.

 

If you've done that and there are no screws from the bottom and it's still stuck, is that a rubber grommet on the top of the keyslip?  If there's one at both ends, it's possible a screw could hide under those.
