[pianotech] Hammers with green underfelt

Unfortunately, I can't say much about them, because I didn't pull the
action.  I just remarked to myself that the tone sounded a little thin, not
like a Steinway hammer to me.  Of course, that could have to do with voicing
(or the lack thereof).  Also, the touch weight seemed a little low (not
measured).  Since I know who put the hammers on (ahem), I'm guessing they're
not premium hammers.  But this is just conjecture on my part...and curiosity
as I try to learn a lot more about hammers and voicing this year.  I'm
finding it difficult to be methodical in this study with limited resources
for systematic comparative, empirical studies, so I'm just trying to learn
as I run across different hammers.

How would I know a M&H hammer from one of Wally's or any other?
