Are any of you using waterbase finish to finish a plate? Could the bronzing powders be mixed with a waterbase laquer? I'm kind of tired of my system. As soon as I try to laquer the plate, the paint just wants to float up the laquer. I'm using spray cans for now but I have to find a better way. I'm not equipped with a good spay booth and would like to do it safely. Any suggestions?
