[pianotech] Las Vegas convention-apology addendum

No need for an apology Zoe. As I tell my customers, I much prefer to
answer a question than for them to be wondering.

Ironically, if someone books a room in the hotel through another route
than booking it as a "PTG Convention Room" it can be credited toward the
number of room nights required of us in the contract. Just be sure to
tell the hotel upon check-in and to let us know so we can be sure that
proper credit is received for the membership.

Over the years, we've learned a few things about negotiating contracts.
