[pianotech] Baffling question

That may be related to poor action regulation and/or to poor player  
adjustment (regulation). Be sure that the action is regulated spot-on,  
and then go through and have the player unit calibrated properly. If  
that hasn't been done in some time, do that before you look into  
anything else!
