[pianotech] Muffler rail mechanism

This is the elegant muffler rail (celeste rail as it tends to be called
in UK parlance) arrangement on a modern Bechstein. No spring. It falls
into place under its own weight when the pedal rod works the little
wooden cam. I like its simplicity and the lack of any fiddly spring.

Best regards,

David.
