[pianotech] Gluing Damper Felt

Hi Steven,

I always glue damper felt on with the action in the piano.  I adjust every damper as I go.  Two reasons: 1.  the damper spring is a perfect and handy clamp. 2.  It is easier to do the adjustments accurately when you can see one side of the damper.
