It's been interesting, trying to find software that will do all these things: integrate with the existing mailing lists without changing their character; import the old archives and make them searchable; have a nice forum interface; integrate into the PTG's hosting situation. It is difficult to just make a clean break. An online community does not just "move." And if we tear one down it is not likely it will build back up. I don’t know if Delphi can integrate with the current mailing list. If not, it still might be worth making a clean break. There is just too much unwanted text to wade through with the current pianotech list an Delphi does it so much better.
