Hi everyone,
It is hard to get the feel of how something is said in e-mail. that's why
having the :-) sure help.

I will admit however, I do feel intimidated on occasion to ask a question
that may appear simple in nature because so many folks here are "seasoned"
so to speak. In fact I was reamed and burnished in an e-mail a while back
from someone on this list I know personally. It was in a private e-mail
fortunately.

My thinking is that everyone is at different levels of learning in ths field
and those who may not know as much can glean from those who do without
feeling intimidated should be the goal. Viewing "the words"only posted
rather than trying to understand its attitudinal value is by far the best
way to go. So you guys who may appear little rough and gruff out there keep
the :-) and <grin> coming.
Marshall
