[pianotech] Damper spring cord

I found a tooth pick was not a tight fix.
If you want to go the wood route, which might cause a click/noise, I would 
use the bamboo skewer sticks, they are stronger, than a tooth pick.

I would repair it...a new damper flange will very likely mean realigning the 
damper, it will not be exactly the same.   The trick is to have the damper 
cord ready to go with the CAed point and plenty of cord to repair many 
flanges.   OR use a toothpick.
