David,
I'd use a 2x4 with two forstner holes for the little legs, (remove casters of course.<G>). Another 2x4 block that will fit, (snug), into the truck "cup". Since these legs are notoriously "fragile", I'd use a Jansen piano lifter/truck to lift it straight up and then place the "leg supports on the truck and then align them with the legs. Lower cautiously and pray that they don't decide to use the darned thing for a skateboard!<G>
