David, I'd use a 2x4 with two forstner holes for the little legs, (remove casters of course.<G>). Another 2x4 block that will fit, (snug), into the truck "cup". Since these legs are notoriously "fragile", I'd use a Jansen piano lifter/truck to lift it straight up and then place the "leg supports on the truck and then align them with the legs.
