Hi Lee, You might consider just replacing those sprung hammers (that's what I did in similar circumstances). The hammers weren't an exact match and I had to add a little strip of felt behind the hammer rail cloth to get them to work/regulate. Maybe someone you know has lots of spares, a junked action you can rob or a partial set that would do.
