I don't leave messages, either. When they return calls at about a 5% rate I don't get any business unless I call again and leave another message and start to be a real pain in the rearend... I have found that if I just keep calling back until someone answers (hopefully the person I want to talk to) no one seems to be aware that I've been calling every other day for a week.
