I know it's hard but - relax!  Some people are like clockwork in scheduling tunings, others simply are not.  Many others, in this economic climate, decide to put it off for "a while".  Still others just can't hear what you hear and just don't bother - how many times have you tuned a piano that hadn't been tuned in a year (meaning 5 years) or 5 years (meaning at least 10 years).  Now answer a few questions:
 
What was the last time you went to the dentist?  The doctor for an annual check-up?  Had the gutters cleaned?  Changed the filters on your air conditioner?  Some dentists/doctors/gutter/air conditioners feel just as we do . . .
