Sorry folks, the Kawai parts are not for sale. They would also be a bit tricky to install without having the factory milling machines to cut the ends of the fallboards just right. If Kawai makes one for their pianos, you might want to look at that - just because the hinges are similar - maybe the Kawai unit would require less wood chopping. I installed my Jurgen unit on an 1895 Knabe grand.
