By not mentioning the $200 to the customer? It really doesn't cover any more than the following: - The visit to ascertain that the brackets are defective - The time spent ordering them - Run the the hardware store for the new screws - The trip back to the client and the time installing them - Installing may include raising bedding screws and/or breaking the old brackets to get the action out in the first place. If you raise the bedding screws, you need to re-bed the keyframe, which of course is part of a regulation, anyhow. If they want the piano to play, it has to be completely regulated, and it's not a DIY job!
