I have just started using Barnes String covers from Charlotte, NC. www.pianostringcovers.com. They have a wonderful sample book available on request. They claim about a 2 week turnaround. Their strut supports are stitched in, not Velcroed on. Some odd shape pianos will require a paper pattern.
