Yeah, My general rule is $1K/ft, plus or minus depending upon veneer, ivories, etc. However, in these times, for a carcass, I'm not offering that much. In some cases as little as half that. Spec pianos are a bit harder to sell these days, unless you're willing to price them down. William R.
