After a car arrives at a car dealership, they dust it off, check fluids, etc., and the buyer pays for this process, which they call PDI, or "Post-Delivery Inspection". It, like piano prep, is a necessary process, but car dealersips actually MAKE money on it. I don't suppose there are any piano dealers out there who charge a similar fee to their customers?
