My cousin repairs and builds computers. He says first and foremost, TURN IT OFF! Screen included! Then, wipe very lightly with a CLEAN VERY VERY SOFT damp but, wrung out cloth. Wiping hard can put scratches on it from the dirt and dust just like it can on the finish of a piano or a car.
