Greetings,
In removing those spring fibers from the Yamaha U3 hammer butt
flanges, Ethyl alcholol dissoleved and softened the glue and fiber nicely.
Experimenting with other dried glues I tried: CA, Elmer's white and yellow glues
and none would be dissolved by ethyl.
What glue does Yamaha use that dissolves in alcohol like this?
