Hi List, I'm a student at the Chicago School for Piano Technology and I'm doing a research paper on false beats. I found a really good roundtable discussion about false beats in the December 2005 Journal. Would anybody be able to point me in the direction of additional Journal articles, discussions, books, or other resources which I should be aware of regarding this topic? I've been sifting through the pianotech list archives and find brief mentions of false beats here and there. If you remember reading (or writing) a Journal article about them, let me know! I am a frequent reader of this list and it has been a great source of information in my studies.
