220V and large tank are good. Direct drive no good. Thats how the noisy oil less compressors are made. The belt drive is best, slower turning, longer lasting air pump, smaller, more efficient electric motor (look at the difference in pulley sizes). Check out Harbor Freight online. They would be fine for occasional use as opposed to everyday, 8 hours, constant use as in a tire or body shop.
