[pianotech] Efficient non-destructive hammer removing?

Lacking a heat source, you can break those tight glue joints with
your hammer removing pliers and a hammer. Light taps will break
the bond, then the pliers can push the shank through.

I filed off the small nib on the pliers shank so as not to indent the
end of the shank. Also, on shanks that might protrude from the hammer
molding, the nib causes the shank to flair adding to removal resistance.
