[pianotech] Pin Block Plugs

Web Phillips sells a special glue for use with his plugs.
I don't know what it's specifics are.

What kind of adhesive you using? Many adhesives will yield a much weaker
bond if the wood is too dry......

That's why I just cut a hole big enough for the plug to fall in easily and
then epoxy the rascals in there - no worries then.
