[pianotech] Pin Block Plugs

I find that the 1/2" drill will not allow a 1/2" plug enough room, with 
adhesive, to properly fit the hole. Maybe the plugs swell, or the hole 
shrinks. I use a 17/32" bit and it works fine.  We 3/8" plugs when there is 
no room for the 1/2" bit.  Oh yes, I do have on order a container of both 
3/8 & 1/2" holes.
