By the way....I found out that the D.C. they have was unplugged and the humidity level in the area was 17%. It is early February in Mid-Michigan and it is cold here. I've worked on many Baldwins over the years, and it's very common to have the backchecks too close on a few notes. Check this by resting one hand on the hammer as you press the key through the stroke. Putting some pressure on the hammer will flex the shank and move the backcheck up, closer to the tail of the hammer. If it rubs, it's too close. You may also notice that if you play a hard blow, the action "fights back", and you get less volume, not more. Hope this helps.
