[pianotech] S & S D rest cushions

I've also had to do this on a D with tiny hammers installed on it.  I  
got rest cushion felt, cut and glued it on individually though.  This  
looks like a desperate, last-minute, on stage, behind the curtains  
 >SOLUTION<, whew.  Necessity is the mother of creativity... ;-)
