Same is true of all contracted types of work. There are three aspects: Time, Price, Quality. The customer only gets two. Shortest time and highest quality will result in the highest price. Lowest price and shortest time will compromise quality. Lowest price and highest quality will compromise how the work can be prioritized and therefore the time.
