Hi Julia,
Did you check lifting key 1 and 88 and looking for a screw driven sideways into the arm?

Subject: Kranich & Bach question
Greetings,
There's a Kranich and Bach piano at the rest home and I was called in to service it for a "knock" the knock is surely there, however, after searching for half an hour, I cannot find a way to take it apart to pull the action out!
I removed the lid and keyslip. I cannot find where the cheek blocks screws are. Is anyone familiar with this. How do I get it apart? I have serviced other Chronic and Bachs, but never ran into this!!
Thanks,
Julia Gottshall
