I had a service rep from YC tell me years ago that the serial numbers
that appeared to start with "00" were actually "Oh Oh".

If the serial number begins with a zero - best beware!

	Hi All,

I wonder if anyone could give me a serial number or year range
for the expanding brackets that were produced by Young Chang.

	Thanks in advance!
