As dangerous as it may be to disagree  :^)  I don't think you can have 
a lever without a pivot point or fulcrum.
So I don't think we are dealing with a rep lever.   It could be 
erroneous and confusing to designate it as such.
I would argue it is more of a pitman than a lever, but that would be 
misleading, too.
