Sharp piano key reattachment

Tony,

Clean both surfaces (lightly sand).  If sharp is plastic, I'd recommend 
PVC-E (Pianotek), if it is a wood sharp, hot or cold hide glue (again, 
pianotek, or cold hide can be found at woodworking/hardware stores).
