Jack Flanges

I will work on this.  When I dry fit the pieces, the flange has a little side to side play on the wippen.  Can you confirm that gluing the flange like that will be fine for it to work?

Maybe it's been brought to your attention already 
--- How are the notes going to  sound without damper spoons ?
87 and 88 whips have none. If you have some flanges 
that are too big,why not cut-shape  them to size with a fret saw and rasp 
in the shop? You only need two right?

I 
        ordered some standard jack flanges from Schaff and they came 
        today.  They do not appear to be the right size.  I put it 
        next to the original flange, and you can see quite a 
        difference.

Help please.

These "broken keys" are in the 
        center of the keyboard on my clients piano, so I will be stopping by 
        next week and swapping the whippens from B87 and C88, so at least the 
        piano will be playable until I get this issue resolved.
