New tuning pins or not

Al, I think that you have answered your own question. There is no need to
replace them, as they are not loose, and will look better. Just turn them
the smallest amount that lets you remove the old string, then pre-wind a
coil on the new string.

My question is, should I retain the old tuning pins to keep it visually
consistent with the other tuning pins, or should I replace them with new
pins. Tuning pin tightness across the piano is now equal, so there is no
reason to change them from that standpoint. My concern is visual and value.
