Broken Agraffe....

Get yourself some diamond burrs and go to work with a Dremell or similar 
devise. Penetrating fluid can help.
Some off the agraffes can be accessed from the bottom. Left handed drill 
bits will help when you get a machined hole to start the bit in.
Just some ideas.
