? Could not his perseption?simply been a voicing issue & pshycoacoustic effect.
? ie. The hammer wasn't stiff enough. You know how D's are ...they need some juice to get the projection someone like him is used to. If that had?been the case ?then a differing perception of the touch would have also certainly occurred...Aye? Fantastic food for thought.
