I ran across this piano in the last week of Feb. and put it on the list asking who was the manufacturer. I received a prompt response and contacted Sejung, the current maker who lloked up the dealer and promised to have them replace the piano. The customer called this morning to report they had received their new piano and to make an appointment for tuning it as soon as it has acclimated to their home.
