rescale bass strings

Greg,

Thanks for your interest - but the surcharge was just one of several 
issues which prompted me to go elsewhere for full sets of rescaled 
strings, and I've never looked back.  Who knows, though, things could 
change, and if they do I'll keep your info in mind.
